Postdoctoral research in parallelism & artificial intelligence group (PAI) at University of Fribourg (Switzerland)
Direction: The application of artificial immune system on communication system, computer security, ubiquitous/pervasive computing and robots.

Studied as a PhD candidate in the national key lab for radar signal processing at Xidian University with the specialty on electrical engineering.
Direction: The immune evolutionary computation and its application.  My research was prolonged for one year as an "excellent dissertation" candidate.

Studied as a master candidate in the department of computer science at Xi'an University of Technology (XUT) with the specialty on artificial intelligence.
Direction: Research and development a diesel engine failure processing system based on expert system and neural network.

From 2008 to 2009

As the chief editor, edited a compute text book named Principles of Compiling, which was written in Chinese, contained about 355,000 words and is now being published by China Science Press.

From 2005 to 2006

As the second chief editor, edited a compute text book named Artificial Intelligence and Its Applications, which was written in Chinese, contained about 322,000 words and has been published by China Machine Industry Press (ISPN 7-111-19670-8).

From 2004 to 2005

As an author, co-edited a compute text book named ARM9 Embedded Technologies and Linux Advanced Practical tutorial, which was written in Chinese, contained about 560,000 words and has been published by Beihang University Press (ISPN 7-81077-653-3).

In 2004

Applied an inventing patent named Supplementary Instrument for Tumors Treatment with a doctor in China.  The index number is "00 I 13777.8". This instrument makes use of an artificial immune method to improve the capability of mithridatism, so as to make the chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy (a usually adopted method for tumors treatment) more successful.

In 2003

Developed and finished the project “Tourist Theatre”.  This project applies the technology of visual reality to make it very easy for visitors to walk around in a new city where he has never been to.  Now the system has been received by the Tourist Office of Fribourg, and will be used in the near future.

From 1999 to 2000

Edited a computer-learning book named Learn Delphi from Examples, which was written in Chinese, contained about 600,000 words and has been published by China Science Press (ISPN 7-03-008573-6).
